Acr50 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms carefully before using the acr50 platform. By registering or continuing to use this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. These terms are fully in effect and apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the acr50 platform, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Acr50 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting activity is permitted. Registration by individuals who do not meet the age requirement is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately upon detection.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the acr50 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. acr50 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All official account-related communications will be sent to your registered email address. It is important to ensure your email address remains active and accessible at all times.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Acr50 platform users agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, fraud, or system manipulation. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
- Transferring funds or account credits to other users outside of the platform's official mechanisms.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities or fraud to make deposits.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the systems or infrastructure of the acr50 platform.
- Sharing your login credentials with any third party.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, freezing of the account balance, and legal action where appropriate.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the acr50 platform are processed in MYR. Users are required to use approved payment methods, including internet banking transfers and local digital wallets listed on the platform.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to the user's account within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. acr50 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as financial institutions or payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements and compliance with anti-money laundering policies. acr50 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Funds credited via deposit may not be transferred, sold, or traded to any third party.
Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system, promotions, or platform credits will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and account termination without compensation.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Acr50 provides its platform services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability. The platform may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that could cause temporary disruptions. acr50 will not be liable for any financial or non-financial losses arising from such disruptions.
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials available on the acr50 platform are the intellectual property of acr50 or its licensed rights holders. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any part of such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The acr50 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for users' convenience. acr50 has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or harm arising from the use of such links. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites separately.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Acr50 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for reasons including breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the acr50 customer support team through official channels. Account closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the acr50 platform will be resolved through the processes prescribed under the relevant legislation. By using this platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable laws.
